We ship to United States and Canada only. Orders to Canada please add a $10.00 surcharge. Orders are Shipped via Priority mail using chart above via UPS Postal
Service. For special shipping arrangements please contact us. Refer to Priority Mail
chart above for shipping rates.

If an Item is Out of Stock
If your item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately by email of the delay and to determine if you would like us to continue processing your order with a delayed shipping date.

Our Return Policy
We are proud of the items
we ship to you and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. For all
items, we will refund or replace your purchase for up 30 days if you are not completely satisfied.
We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized. All apparel items returned must have original tags.If you return your items to Irish Elegance, please provide the original internet sales receipt for a merchandise credit or refund.
Returns are easy. You can return the merchandise through the
mail or at our store. To make a return
by mail, just send a copy of your internet sales receipt. Simply indicate the reason for return and the action to
be taken, replacement or refund. Place this information in the
box with your merchandise.

If you do not have your original invoice, please send a letter with your
merchandise that includes the following information:
